WHAT IS RADICAL HOSPITALITY

Radical Hospitality is a practice of hospitality for leaders and teams to connect with their community in intentional and fundamentally transformative ways that go beyond transactional hospitality that focuses on what is done (such as checking in guests, payments, basic needs, systems that value speed and efficiency) vs how the guests feel (do people feel like they belong, is this a memorable experience for guests, do guests feel cared for). It is moving away from the conditional, service-oriented framework that has reduced hospitality to a mere business transaction, toward the practice of strategizing community, care, and convening for the memorable experiences hospitality was always meant to be.
